1. Facebook Login

CarCRM offers "Continue with Facebook" as a sign-in option for existing accounts. When you use it, we read your name and email from Facebook only to match you to an account you already created — we do not store your Facebook user ID, access token, or any other Facebook-sourced data.

Because no Facebook data is retained, there is nothing on our servers tied to your Facebook account to delete. Revoking CarCRM's access from your Facebook settings is sufficient to stop the connection — no further action is needed on our end.

2. Deleting Your CarCRM Account

If you'd like your CarCRM account and associated data deleted entirely (not just the Facebook connection), email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account, or contact your dealership administrator if your account was created by them.

We will process the request within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy. Business records (cars, clients, transactions) may be retained longer where required for legal or accounting purposes.
